The staff made us feel like family. Kids loved the pool and spent hours in it each day. Room was clean and well maintained; as was the rest of the hotel. Great location for going to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.

Loved everything about our stay! It was more than we ever expected for the price we paid. Friendly staff at front desk. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the AC worked wonderfully! Overall good stay!

My sheets was stained they never came to change the bed, bathroom walls was pilling and the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was ready to cave in at anytime I also had to buy a blanket to be able to sleep in the bed

Staff members /manager very unprofessional. Was given a dirty room and we I tried to get a clean one. She applied that i dirty the room because it took me 30mins to come back. I advised her that we checked in and went to get food before we actually went to the room

property was poorly maintained, holes on walls, dirty lamps and worn out furnature. The bed sheets had holes worn in them, and the sheets were cheap and itchy. The free breakfast, which was a selling point, had to be asked for from behind the counter and was a brown bag with a banana and granola bar. Bad experience, didnt get any sleep and wouldnt ever go back

spider and flies in the room, a few pieces (5-6) of facial tissues were shoved back into the box pretended it was full, it could be done by previous guess but it should have been checked.

Reception staff were very polite. Unfortunately it was very hot when stayed in Florence, no air conditioning in the halls and elevator made it very warm when using elevator and walking in hallways.

Check in was a process, but the man was not rude.
The carpet gave me vertigo,
overall room was nice,
bathroom counter was not clean,
outside appearance was tired and worn the roof over the entrance is sagging and rusty.
