Everything was dirty!

My family and I stay was a nice stay. The staff was very helpful and polite. My only issues is that the lights in the room didn’t work. One of them was missing a bulb and that our TV didn’t work either other than that very comfortable and fun.

The man at check in was very friendly and accommodating. I ended up getting the flu 20min after check in so i spent the night sick. We wanted to relax in the pool and hot tub and go out for a few hrs but that didnt happen. But i was able to stay in bed for the night

I stay here about once a month for visiting, and their renovations have done wonders, they’re currently updating all the furniture; and it’s gorgeous. I feel like I’m in a completely new place. Plus I love the staff here, traveling alone can be scary and they make me feel very safe! Only down part is the bathroom honestly, there’s no fan, just a ceiling light heater

Very nice hotel and excellent customer service. The Moon bar is the place to go to unwind and enjoy some fantastic food.

Apparently the facility is under renovation which wasn’t a huge deal except that it would have been nice to know. The restaurant on property wasn’t open. The ceiling in my room was rust stained and looked like it had been painted with a few too many layers of popcorn. The faucet inside the shower was two knobs that were hooked up to the wrong source ( hot was on cold side) this made regulating temperature nearly impossible. The water pressure was horrible. The complimentary breakfast was laughable. Some old cereal an orange (yes one). Some pre wrapped mini pastries (the first day). There was a banana but I think an employee took it before I could get it. I had a bowl of old Raisin Bran the first morning and nothing the second the shampoo in the room was half empty no conditioner no lotion no tissue box. I went to dollar store near-by to purchase these item for myself. It sounds petty but it’s the little amenities that make you relax while on vacation. That being said the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.Pool area was nice. Just don’t be so cheep people!!!! You pay good Money to stay somewhere you don’t want to be disappointed every thing you reach for. Throw a yoghurt in the fridge some fresh fruit, a f- ing muffin ,toast? Any thing that shows some effort…..or just don’t offer breakfast. Don’t bother with shampoo in the room. if the bottle is already used it’s gross. Stuff like that wreaks an otherwise decent experience. You aren’t saving that much money

Room had roaches had to sleep with light on

Despite traveling alone I had plenty of company, in the form of roaches that is. The staff acted surprised when I showed them the photos of the room that I wouldn’t dare take more than one step into. They switched me to a new room without hassle and although there were significantly less roaches, they were still very much present, even in the bed. Bodies of squashed ones could be found in the hallway, in addition to a hoard of dead flies which no one felt the need to clean up. The only decent thing about this place was the eatery within the hotel which has fantastic food at a reasonable price.

We checked into the hotel and left within 15 minutes. The first room was SO dirty. There was a hole in the wall that you could see outside. They moved us to a different room that was just as bad. The floors were filthy, the walls were dirty and stained, the towel rack was hanging off the wall in the bathroom, there was hair everywhere, the chair was ripped down the middle. It was the worst hotel room id ever seen,and that says a lot. We left and found a different hotel.

So I’m a college student that comes out here for my bf’s football games, and I stayed here prior to their renovations and I will say the rooms were definitely in need of some tlc… doable for a goods night sleep. But I just visited again and stayed here and OH WOW the renovations did wonders, the room was very nice and new. And also didn’t stink! As some of these other reviews say!
