The service desk men were very friendly and nice.One of them told me a nice place to eat... The other one called my phone to wake me up for my flight and when I didn't get it he knocked on the door.The staff was great. It is very clean and comfortable to be so low budget,

The property was nice and clean. Parking was very accommodating and was promptly cleaned when it snowed. The staff was very nice and friendly and the check-in and check-out process was very swift. The bathtub was missing the drain stop, so I had to resort to using a plastic bag for a bath, but other than that all was good.

The room smelled like urine and the window was busted and duct taped!!! The top blanket had a funky smell to it and under the chair cushion was filthy. Needless to say we didnt stay !!! And did NOT get a refund....

There was no way for us to determine if they bathroom was clean before the last people were there because the toilet paper roll was almost empty with no corners folded there is no sanitation rapper around the toilet seat. Also we were very upset when we found out that they did not put anything out for breakfast until 5:30 in the morning. There were many of us that had to leave on the 5:35 van over to the airport.

Staff were courteous, and the hotel was fairly clean. There was some dirt under the bed, and little plastic tags scattered around the rug in my room, but nothing egregious.
The beds were comfortable and clean, and the TV worked fine. The bathtub looked very worn, and like it had been painted to look fresher but the paint was peeling.
One complaint about the tub is there was no stopper. I went to the front desk and asked for a stopper, but none were available. I had to jam a washcloth into the drain to give my 3-year-old a bath. Can a few tub stoppers at least be purchased for the front desk to give out on request? They're like $2 each.
I had coffee in my room, but no coffee maker, which was strange. That wasn't a problem because I had coffee at breakfast. The breakfast was great, everything was restocked pretty quickly and the selection was pretty good. The belgian waffle maker was awesome.

The breakfast they served was very bad and had no variety, just bread, coffee. The person in charge of the breakfast area never said good morning, he seemed unhappy, tired, annoyed.

The hotel itself was disgusting. Mold in the shower, toilet not securely attached, the bathroom door needed sanitized, the mattress was lumpy and the whole place smelled awful. The entire building looked dilapidated and run down.

We stay at this hotel several times a year, as it is next to the airport. We have never had any issues. However, this time. Upon entering our room, we were given the Business Suite Room 102 or 103, the room was ice cold. We turned the heat on and it did not heat up at all. Mind you, we were only staying a few hours, just a quick nights rest. Entering into the bathroom, there was a piece of poop in between the tub and toilet. Splatters on the wall and it was evident that the room had not been cleaned in some time. There were no coffee supplies in the room for the morning and no hot water.

The room smelled clean when we walked in, but it had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. There were cobwebs in all the corners, hair in the sheets, moldy caulking around the tub. The fridge was really loud and the cabinets were in pretty rough shape. The toilet was mounted to the wall and seemed to be falling off.
