We stayed just one night but this hotel is by far worth every penny. Clean, quiet, spacious, and the staff was very kind, helpful and courteous! Valet parking fee is weel worth knowing your car is secure and you can come and go with our paying for parking over and over. Will stay here again.

Because last month i was there not even a month and room service was 24 hours but they didn't say on the online when u fill out for the room that they didn't have 24 hour's anymore that's one of the big reason i chose to go back

It was just very over Booked kind of understandable due to the fact that I found out when we got there were a couple events going on, room service food is very over priced as well as the snacks and beverages bar in the lobby, cheaper to go to the gas station, other than that the rooms were clean and staff was friendly tried to work with me not having my physical ID on me, the pool was supposedly heated but it was pretty cold, breakfast was pretty good

The property is old and outdated. The breakfast was gloomy and a ghost town. The elevators took ages to summon. The location of the hotel is great. The work desk in the room was great.

My only issue with staying here at this specific location is that Im 6'5" tall and the beds are lower to the ground than a normal bed. In fact, anything you sit on, chairs, bed, toilet, etc; all lower to the ground. And the sitting chairs are not comfortable. But it's a small complaint (literally). Everything else is excellent! Staff is fantastic.

We were there for the Winter Blues Festival. Our room was nice and clean. Bed was ok but not great for the price. There were a lot of people there and a lot of drinking. The people in the room next to us were arguing in the night and had music blaring. So we did not sleep well

A superb stay! The great service started when we walked in the door and Jane greeted us. She immediately put in a request for the connoisseur to reach out to us about getting to our event. As soon as we reached our room he called and told us he’d be right there when we needed a ride and would pick us up as well. He was so friendly on the ride too! The bartender Rebecca was helpful with places to see and gave great customer service. In the morning the barista at the coffee shop was helpful, cheerful, and thanked us for our stay! I can’t forget the valet people that parked the truck. They were talkative and friendly.
And the bedding…amazingly comfortable!

When I made the reservation I put in a request to see if we could get a higher floor because my son is really interested in skyscrapers. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She talked to my son about the tallest buildings nearby and she put us on the highest floor she could find available. My son was really happy. It made the stay extra special. Thank you!
