ALL of the staff were so polite and willing to help. Our room was spotless with a gorgeous view. The shuttle was easy to access and to call for a return trip. This location also has many options for fun activities within walking distance. I can't say enough good things about our stay.

Our floor #23, the ice machine didn't work. We didn't have access to a microwave, coffee maker, bottled water, or snacks in the common area by the elevators, all other floors did. Beds were so low to the ground as was the toilet. It was like being in an elementary school bathroom. Very low water pressure in the shower.

The bed was horrid. The entire hotel had a weird /old smell. Bathroom was so tiny and awkward for 2 people. Shuttle driver was amazing.

It was just very over Booked kind of understandable due to the fact that I found out when we got there were a couple events going on, room service food is very over priced as well as the snacks and beverages bar in the lobby, cheaper to go to the gas station, other than that the rooms were clean and staff was friendly tried to work with me not having my physical ID on me, the pool was supposedly heated but it was pretty cold, breakfast was pretty good

We stayed just one night but this hotel is by far worth every penny. Clean, quiet, spacious, and the staff was very kind, helpful and courteous! Valet parking fee is weel worth knowing your car is secure and you can come and go with our paying for parking over and over. Will stay here again.
