Area looked and felt really unsafe. To many homeless people at gas station.

This was a less than satisfactory stay. We only had 2 towels the whole time. Asked for more yesterday & today. Never received any. 4 of us had to share.
Had no toilet paper all this morning. No one cleaned our rooms. Then at almost 11pm last night we got back to our room & the flap on top that locks people out for extra security was out so it kept us from entering our room. We had to call maintenance. Who didn't come until after I already had to get us in myself using a shoelace. No urgency at all.

This Doubletree is pretty run down, lights were out in the room, shower handle was broken, overall just very dated. The cookies were still good though.
