DoubleTree by Hilton Baltimore North - Pikesville

I left my room at 10am and asked housekeeping to clean; she said she would but when I returned at the end of the day, it was apparent she was never here.

The room was clean I felt at peace there

Among four other Hilton hotels in the same trip from D.C. to NYC, this one was the best. Clean, very accessible, nice crib, great overall, nothing to complain about.

Staff was great!

The hotel was easy to get to from the BWI airport. It appeared clean. We asked for adjoining rooms but was told none were available. However our room and the room our family was in were both adjoining rooms We paid for breakfast each day but did not receive the breakfast voucher at checking. We had to ask the staff for the cards in the morning. Our neighbors in the adjoining room were very noisy and loud. We called the front desk at 11:40 pm and they sent a security guard. The noise, yelling and the banging continued. The front desk sent a security guard to their room around 1:40 am. The same thing happened the next night…. We did not sleep well at all. The room was nicely appointed but the noise was bad.

Always stay here cause it’s close to family in the area. Area is safe, clean & quiet also.

The TV is not available. Too much noise from the highway.

Room was not spotless. Water in tub did not drain while showering.

Second time staying at this hotel. Just as before (June 2024) this location is clean, friendly and quiet. It’s also a safe location. The warm complimentary cookies are a plus as well. Also Brenda in the restaurant is a genuine pleasant treasure to see at breakfast!

Walked in to the room and immediately was hit with an odor.
