The hotel was good. We stayed on the first floor. The room was clean. The only thing was the young lady at the front desk, her name was Jade, did they not process my checkout when I went to the front desk at 7:30 AM. (she appeared to be surprised that I was personally requesting my check out). I realized because the Hilton app notified me that it was time to check out so I did through the app.

Beautiful property and friendly staff!

Everything looks old. Also my daughter found in the pool a pieces o glass. When we explain to the staff they don’t care.

It was clean, family friendly, welcoming! The boys and girls teams had a great time in the pool! The staff were very supportive of getting our rooms close together! The breakfast had a variety of healthy options for the teams the next morning before the tournaments! I’d stay again!

This was a nice hotel. Clean rooms and great staff!

I stayed in this hotel because I needed to be close to Shands for my surgery. Not only did my room keys not work, it took 2 hours for the AC to cool off the room. Very disappointed.

This hotel is expensive . Even one star is too much for it . Dirty , carpet smelly . No more warm cookies , it is disorganized, bad in every thing , please do yourself a favor and stay at any other hotel away from double tree , any motel will be better than this onev

Great experience

We only stayed for one night. The staff was very helpful, but the rooms were a surprise in a poor way. The first room bathroom was awful. It smelled of mildew, and the tub surface was in bad condition. The second room we were given was missing its desk lamp and the multi port device charger the was in the previous room. You could see where it weas ripped out by someone. This normally would not have been an issue and something we could have worked with, but my wife was doing an inline seminar that night and needed all of the power connection for her laptop and devices and needed the extra light of the lamp. The staff was very helpful in trying to find replacements, but after unsuccessfully helping us, moved is to a third room. The property seems nice in the common areas, but I was so disappointed in the rooms.

Not great. Humid in the room, coffee maker didn’t work.

I travel a lot for work. I also love the Hilton brand I use to do renovations for Hilton and Marriott this place should be removed from Hiltons list. Someone from corporate should take a visit sometime. Unacceptable

It was very dirty. There was limited staff and no one cleaning rooms daily. The carpets were stained in the rooms. The gym had no hand sanitizer or wipes to clean anything.

We arrived for my son’s graduation at UF and we were busy the entire day . The 1st room we received wasn’t even clean, they switched our room and the at the new room the desk and the refrigerator cabinet was all moldy . We complained to the manger he wasn’t nice. They didn’t have another room to switch . The second night they didn’t clean our room , and when we arrived at midnihght we didn’t have any clean towels and we had a big roach in the room on the wall . We were disgusted from the hotel . Very disappointing paying almost $700 for 2 nights . Not recommended

We asked for a quiet room. The first room they gave us was over the bar. We asked for a different room. The next bordered an Interstate and the front entrance. The 3rd room
