Enjoyed this property as a first time visitor.
Signage was a bit confusing at first however I managed well thereafter.
Restaurant pricing a bit high for breakfast buffet. I avoided the restaurant for lunch and dinner opting local eating establishments.

Everyone at the hotel was helpful except for the guy working at the cafe, he seems like he hates his job. Very grouchy, unpleasant had an encounter multiple times.

It’s surprising when hotels start cutting corners. No concave mirrors for shaving, no bathroom slippers, not even notepads and pencils/pens. Overall, it was a pleasant, comfortable stay but I won’t stay here next time we are in LA.

This place served it's purpose nicely for a somewhat inexpensive one night stay near the train station. I was misled that breakfast was included, it was actually $32 per person if you wanted breakfast, NO THANKS! Glad we didn't have a car, as parking is insane as well.

The property has good for parking (a little pricey). LIttle Tokyo near by is nice. Downtown view is nice if you choose garden side.
The property is showing its age and does need some renovation. Shower head seems old, windows felt as if open and let Koren bbq smell in (kind of a plus/neg). Ceiling tiles
Cebtrally located and can reach Hollywood rosebowl easy. Santa monica, amd Venice, and Aneheim a little far.
