Great stay, staff was friendly and nice.

We needed an overnight stay for our house to be processed for the final stage of smoke damaged by the remediation company. The hotel was close by and very clean. The breakfast hit the spot the next morning. If ever we need a place we won't hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel is in a good location, with a Starbucks and Chick-fil-a sharing the same parking lot. Rooms look dated, but otherwise clean.

The hotel was very clean and room service was offered everyday. Walkable distance to Starbucks. The area is safe as compared to the other areas in LA. Free self-parking also made everything easy!

Good service. Location is also good close to freeway exit. Was far from the recent Eaton fire. Clean conformable room. I will recommend it.

Not so good since the hot water in shower took forever to heat up fully and not very hot even at that point.

We arrived to check in 1/7 after being evacuated from our home due to the wind/fire in Eaton Canyon. Power was lost and we waited 2.5 hrs to check in. Elevators were out and we walked 9 flights with kids to our room. Oh, we were given a chocolate chip nut cookie complementary (who gives nuts to kids?). Power was still out when we left at 10am the following morning. I understand things happen, but staff was a bunch that had no idea what to do and was literally standing around with 100 guests in the lobby. Off water, get chairs and blankets, offer a minimum level of customer service. We also paid full price, not even offered a discount for having no power throughout our entire stay.
