Everything was nice; my wife loves warm pool water; nice environment, comfortable; clean, quiet, we don’t need to pay hundreds dollars for 5 stars hotel; this have 6 or 7 stars cheaper than expensive hotels of 5 stars. We really enjoyed, thank you very much, will be back next month.

The MATTRESS needs to be flipped. The right side has an indent that makes the mattress uneven whopsided uncomfortable. The ither side is HARD. My Vack is Soo, Sore.

The room was great and I got a really good deal because it was connected to another room which was a little noisy, but I knew there was probably a reason as to why is such a good deal - haha. I was happy and it suited my travel purposes!! The establishment is beautiful, and everyone was very friendly and helpful

ME AND MY FAMILY HAD BEEN VISITING YOUR HOTEL IN THA PAST 2 YEARS AND EVERYTHING IS FINE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE ELEVATORS, THEY ARE VERY SLOW, MOST OF THE TIME ONLY OPERATES ONE OF THEM AND THEY MAKE THE HOTEL TO LOOK DECREPITE, OLD AND IN BAD SHAPE
