The rooms are dirty. There was makeup on the pillows, the shower didn’t drain, there was hair in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. The carpet is gross. The refrigerator didn’t work. They moved us to another room but we shouldn’t have to go through that trouble

When we arrived there were guests smoking marijuana in the hallways. Our suite reservation was given away before we arrived with no issues explanation. We were put in another room that smelled of mildew and had visible water damage and mold on the walls. After insisting for a clean and environmentally safe room we were moved to another standard room but still charged for a suite. We changed hotels the next morning. I have left several messages with the general manager to receive a refund and have not received a response.

Nats were in the room, a few towels still had stains, walls did not insulate sounds from the neighbors well enough, elevators were out of order for one day, the room itself was not clean enough as there were table stains and dust, Kleenex was not refilled.

The staff was giving miss information and the sheets were not changed every day. I had to text them to keep telling them to change my sheets after coming back from outside. I will never stay there. Also, the carpet is very dirty.

Ac didnt work in the first room and the elevator nois3 is incredibly loud. Moved to another room. Ac worked a little better, elevator noise still incredibly loud. The pool was heated to about 104 degrees the hot tub was around 80. The elevators went out for half the day. I had to carry an ice chest up 7 flights of stairs. They asked me about the problems and after i told them they said they didnt give refunds. I never asked for a refund. Just told them i would never stay there again.

Nice room size but the hall we were on smelled like bad sewer water and the room sink/shower water smelt like sewer water. Could not shower or brush teeth with that unsanitary water. Used water bottles to brush our teeth.

Balcony had a view of parking garage. So no view . Asked to get 1 bed instead of 2 was rudely told no. And elevator in parking lot shakes jumps and falling apart. Not safe. Just overly prices for a Hilton hotel. Very disappointed

We have stayed at this hotel in the pasted and it wasn’t the same. The room was dirty, the floor had stains, holes and what looked like blood. There was marks on the walls. The beds were very stiff and most uncomfortable. Our next trip to San Diego I will be looking for a new place to stay.

It was KINDA horrible.. so i book throw this app but yet COULDNT get my room key throw the app went to the front and had to pay EXTRA $100 to get my room key and when i did they give me the WRONG ROOM .. me not knowing bc Made let me in due to key not working when i went back to the front they said oh she shouldnt habe let yuh in it was wrong room thats the room HOTEL APP give yuh but WE are getting yuh something different.. but my son was already taking a shower so they give me the room with cape ALL WET ... NO BREAKFAST SERVICE ... WILL NOT BE GOING BACK..
