No refrigerator in a hotel room this day and age is crazy work!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was dirty, right before check out I killed a large bug in my wall resembling a roach. The hot tub was broken which I was not informed of when calling the hotel the day prior, questioning the pool was open . The indoor pool was dirty

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, this property was far below expectations in terms of cleanliness. The room was in poor condition — the chairs and seats had large, visible stains, and the sheets even had what appeared to be blood stains. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been replaced in decades, possibly over 40 years old. What’s even more disappointing is that this wasn’t a budget stay — the rates were quite high for the quality offered. I’m genuinely surprised that Hilton allows this location to operate under its brand. It’s in desperate need of a complete renovation and should be temporarily closed until it meets acceptable standards. When I tried to raise concerns, some staff members mentioned that the owner is based in China, implying that complaints wouldn’t make a difference. That’s incredibly disheartening.

Property is run down and staff is poorly trained as well as disinterested in helping you have a good stay. Restaurant was simply awful

Nice place

Had a day at work and a long drive and arrived late in the night at the hotel. 8am in the morning the cleaning lady knocks loudly on door. I yell out please come later. From 8am onwards the cleaning folks were knocking on doors and talking loudly, so couldn't sleep. 9:30am decided to go for shower. I never put the chain on the hotel door decided to put the chain. I finish shower and the cleaning lady tries to open door without knocking. No knock just opens door and I just came out of shower. I scream in surprise and she shuts door. She did apologize, but I needed sleep and rest and no intrusion. Was not a happy camper. Checkout time is 11am. Let your guests sleep!!! Especially if they arrived late at night. Jalpa

Very Comfortable stay. rooms were clean and tidy

Everything was fine, worked well. The heat outside was record breaking 100 degrees, but the air conditioner in the room was EXCELLENT—and to me that’s a big deal. Only thing I might improve is have some more options in the little snack/ sundries shop.

I was thought breakfast was complimentary but it wasn't.

The bedroom next door was super loud Kept our family up most of the night AC did not work.

Nice property clean rooms. You can hear people in the hallway walking and talking though.

Good Hotel. Location is bit odd. Breakfast was good. Had some trouble when checking in as receptionist did not realize, I already paid for breakfast as part of the booking. They were able to resolve it once more experienced person helped them out.

Everything is outdated. Poor pillows and bedsheets.

I recently stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Somerset Hotel Conference Center and, while the overall experience was fine, I encountered two issues that negatively impacted my visit. First, I was disappointed to find that the **jacuzzi was under repair**, which was not disclosed prior to booking. This amenity was one of the reasons I chose your hotel, and its unavailability affected my stay. More importantly, I found your **policy regarding facility use after checkout to be unfair**. Expecting guests to pay for an additional night simply to allow their family a few extra hours of enjoyment is unreasonable. Many hotels provide a grace period where guests can continue using facilities before departure, enhancing customer satisfaction. As an **honorary member**, I expected more flexibility and consideration regarding guest privileges. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider future stays or recommendations of your establishment. I hope you will review these policies and take guest concerns into account.
