Pros: super helpful front desk staff; clean room with comfortable bed; full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion available; close to shopping & dining.
Con: REALLY slippery bathtub/shower! I'm (usually) careful on my feet, but this was something I've never experienced before. Not that ruined anything, but be careful if you are not steady or need assistance.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The room was modern and they give free water. The bathroom was very nice, shower curtain and not the sliding doors. I will definitely come back again.

My stay was just ak, toilet was backed up , elevator was super slow, a 10 minute wait was the norm. Curtains fell down , im recovering from a stroke ans using stairs was not an option with me being on the 6th floor.

This was our second time at this Hotel, rooms are are well, but not properly cleaned. Shower needs new caulk was full of mold. Floor wasn’t properly cleaned. FULL hotel with 1 working Elevator wasn’t ideal for the amount of guest there.

Great place to stay. Had a horrible experience due to Orbitz only requesting one room where my reservation was of two rooms, which ensued on a check I process if almost 3 hours long with Orbitz and the front staff being defensive and not really helpful to me.

Check in slow. My room was above the bar and loud. Phone in the room did not work, I called front desk from my cell phone asking for another room, was put on hold 10 minutes. Hung up. Bad service.
