This is the second time we’ve came and stayed here so we could visit Cannon. Ots affordable, It’s peaceful and quiet. The employees at the front desk are always very nice and accommodating. The fresh cookies every night in the lobby is wonderful. We’ll be back! We love Seaside.

Comfortable room with ocean views. Close to dining and shopping.

Our room was very nice and we loved the hot breakfasts every morning and the free cookies every evening. Location was wonderful! Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, downtown, and aquarium. Our only complaint was the very low toilet in our bathroom.

Everything about it was good except the buildings are old and outdated. The buildings could use some tender, loving care and maybe some upgrades.

after entering our room we found tha it had no water. called the front desk and they told us that it was being fixed and we would have water in 1 hr. Water was not restored until the next morning. So no shower, no toilet flush, no brushing teeth, no drinking water. I went to the front desk the next morning to complain and ask for a refund and they they could not because the room was paid for by a third party (EXPEDIA) I WILL NEVER RENT THROUGH EXPEDIA AGAIN.) I hope Expedia will follow up with the hotel and refund our money!

Great value, good location

It’s a nice location in a good area close to the beach. There was no air conditioning, which was great for my wife, but I like it cooler had to open the window and turn on the fan so I could sleep.

Very clean and quiet.

We stay here every year for an annual family trip. This property is beachfront and is very traditional seaside town older style hotel. We know to expect it to be no frills, no AC, basic comforts. If you want fancy modern updated recently remodeled etc. this is not the place for you. There is ample parking and the staff are typically pleasant and helpful. The reasons we did not write a five star for this particular stay is that on two separate occasions we found extremely large spiders inside the room and the room we were given had a door lock situation that was not ideal and did not fully function without us manipulating and rigging it. We were informed on this visitat check-in that if we wanted to stay in a room located in a building with anelevator we needed to request this in advance because the ocean view rooms are on higher floors and some of the buildings do not have elevator access. We will know to do this in the future as well as to potentially request a third floor room to avoid the smell of smoke and vape that comes from the promenade below the windows as we do like to leave our window open. I’m sure the views are a little better from the third floor as well. All in all it was a good stay and we will be back. Thank you!

Free parking, Free Cookies, Free Breakfast, Pool, Hot Tub, S'mores Kits w/Wood for sale, Oceanview available, Keurig Coffee Makers (BYOC!), and an incredibly sweet staff who were kind to children, and happily gave me a mending kit when I asked (instead of telling me there were already 3 waiting in my room included the vanity kit!) Older building, very leaky tub (room 224), difficult sink faucet (room 224), but everything else makes up for it. Would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future.

Fantastic location. Close enough to everything yet a little in the outside so it’s not so crowded. Everybody on staff was super friendly and personable. Will definitely come back here and highly recommend

Great stay; beautiful room; great hot tub

One of the nicest room and staff we have had in a long time. The morning breakfast was fantastic. Would highly recommend this hotel.
