Had booked this based upon the Expedia reviews. Very disappointed because I was tricked. While walking to the motel was literally stopped by the police and told that this area isn't safe and they recommended I didn't stay there. We found a Bnb elsewhere and the hotel refused to refund us even though the police told us not to stay there! Like that's crazy, I have lived and visited a lot of places in the world and never been told that. Very disappointing by this motel and Expedia for misleading us and then refusing to help us in this very concerning situation.

My wife and I stayed here so we could enjoy our anniversary. I work nearby. We were going to dinner then the abeyance concert at SoFi. First, we had to pay 7$ for one car and $50 for the other, even though their website said it was $15 for the second car. We had no choice or option. The man who checked me in was kind of rude to me. He asked me 4 times about smoking in the room. I told him every time: we don’t smoke. They let people run and stomp around units after 2am. I smelt cigarettes and weed all night. The room was fine. But the experience kinda sucked.

The Pictures mentioned in the site doesn't match in real. No ambience and no breakfast/food/water and no proper space to sit anywhere other than the room. The reception is also very small and no place to sit there.

Nothing like pictures that showed on Expedia this is first and last time that we book through this agent the rooms not worth the money the towels looks it’s been used from ten years very old I was so upset as this hotel showed on Expedia it’s 4.5 stars and even 2 star is too much for it.

The property is renovated but the area is still pretty unsafe. The room was dirty in different areas. The iron had a sticky substance stuck on the metal plate, the bed sheets were stained and the bathroom had things stuck to the sink and bathtub. Due to the conditions of the room and my safety I did end up checking out pretty soon after checking in. I did get partially refunded and the manager did help in that but overall the experience just wasn’t ideal

So the person who checked us in was very nice. The only interaction we had. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke so bad. The walls are so thin you can here EVERYTHING everywhere. It looks run down from the out side. It appears clean but, honestly I dont want to know. I will not be staying here again.
