Liked the Staff. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms and general maintenance was poor. Using tissue paper as insulation between outside wall and sliding glass door, thermostats cycling many times for weird reason (main be electrical issues), room are basic and poorly furnished at the time of my stay. The overall quality did not represent what I’ve seen in the past from Embassy Suites. Chef was not willing to cater to people with allergies such as dairy. Could not get a fresh cooked breakfast because of this. Location is close to good dining, but in a business plaza.

The rooms are very old and outdated. The furniture is very worn and so are the room carpets. This hotel has a beautiful lobby but the rooms are terrible. I will not stay there again

I was disappointed by this hotel. It looks nothing like the photos. The rooms are musty, have holes in the walls, and clearly has water damage issues. This triggered some medical issues I have causing me to feel sick. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The rooms were run down. The carpet near the sliding door was frayed, the bedskirt was not properly on, the wall behind the bed had chipped paint from the bedframe rubbing against. The beds were not made well. The lamp bases were rusty. I put the trash can out to be dumped and a new bag was not put in.

The property was great. The entrance was nice and clean, and the room was nice and clean too. There was no issue with the room at all. Thank you and your staff for helping me with the unpleasant situation I had with Holiday Inn and Suites.
