This is THE nicest Embassy Suites that I have stayed in. Beautifully done, extremely clean, friendly staff, free breakfast was more than you could ask for, beds were nice and rooms were quiet. Having a nice restaurant attached was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bowling Green.

Nothing but phenomenal! Front desk woman was absolutely the greatest I’ve ever experienced! Helpful super friendly and hat a great way to start the experience. Best hotel in the area by far and great safe neighborhood close to everything.

The wrong date was booked in error. My terrible experience was solely on hotels.com refusal to help us with a booking error. We ended up having to book another night and pay for another night to the hotel directly. Now we are left with a booking for July 27. Embassy suites offered to change the date, but could not. I have been in contact with hotels.com to see if we can get the date changed since we will not be in this area on July 27 or just give us a credit for future booking. So far we have not had any luck in getting this changed. Although we have used hotels.com since then and paid for our additional stay through the hotel. Literally no money loss on either side. The lack of compassion for this unfortunate error is just saddening.
