we had a 3 days stay.. nice and friendly staff.. the hotel was clean, the room was spacious.. love the breakfast and the evening snacks and drinks.. everything 5 stars! thank you..

The hotel itself is a little outdated and the shower was so small and the fan barely worked. Everyone else was great the breakfast was amazing and the staff were nice and hospitable

Very run down and dirty room. First room we got smelled like cigarettes and we had to switch to a different one. The second room had hairs on the blankets and dust on the shelf’s and the pain was falling off the walls. All the employees were very helpful and nice.

That bathroom was really small and the curtain would not stay up which caused a lot of water to get on the floor. Also the rooms are in need of renovation. But the staff was welcoming and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was great and the location was great if you will be commuting from Colorado Springs to Denver.

Dirty carpet, microwave not in service, not enough bathroom towels. Dirty walls and elevator was in such it dirty conditions.

The positives...water pressure in the shower and the omelets! Negatives...really needs renovations (carpets dirty and don't fit). Bathroom door didn't close bc cut too tall. Outlets didn't work, were loose and one was burned. Room carpets weren't vacuumed before entry. Safe wasn't functioning. Mattresses very soft (we rolled into each other). One mattress has big nasty stain. Staff were nice, but room grossed me out.

The room was large and the bed was soft and cozy. Bathroom was small and the curtain rod was loose, so the curtain kept sliding which caused the water to cover the bathroom floor if you weren't careful. The common areas were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The couch in our room looked dirty and was not comfortable. I'm guessing there was a lot of water/rain recently because the entry on the east side smelled musty and the carpet was wet. Overall it was an okay stay.

Room was great! Desk clerk’s humor not so much. After long day, when I checked in clerk looked at my drivers license and said she couldn’t check me in. She said she once got a speeding ticket in my city so she couldn’t check me in. Whether trying to be humorous or not, it had been a long day traveling with a disabled husband. Bar and restaurant staff were polite and courteous and had great service. Room very ample.

I wanted to enjoy my stay but I just couldn’t. The check-in was awful, staff were rude to my husband and we were not treated with respect. I called the front desk to speak to a manager & waited on the phone 10 minutes and they never came to answer. I will definitely not be staying here again, if you are coming in on a business trip or you are a professional I suggest you stay elsewhere.

The service here is terrible. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The room only had two towels despite sleeping up to four. The sofa bed had no bedding on it. My wife also left some earrings on the bathroom counter and when we called to ask about them less than 2 hours after we had checked out, they had magically "disappeared" from the room. Guess housekeeping got themselves a nice pair of new earrings. Will never stay here again and recommend you go to one of the many other hotels in the area instead.

The room was filthy. Stains on everything. Pillows smelled like a b o bandit had rubbed hits putts on them. Never again.
