The hotel is in a convenient location and easy to get around. The first room we had was dingy. We were able to change rooms and it was better. This Embassy is not as nice as others I’ve stayed at. The rooms need an overal renovation and some deep cleaning. The breakfast was really great and some made to order if you choose.

Staff provides outstanding service across the board! However the hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. The pool and spa should be reopened. The furniture is worn out. Equipment like ice machines, juice machine and milk dispenser broken all the place. Really reminds me of some of the hotels I have stayed in in third world countries. It’s an embarrassment to the Hilton brand.

The hotel had a lot wear and tear. The valet was chaotic and the app didn't work well and the guys working did not communicate when they brought the cars down. The cost of valet is very expensive. The pool is closed for an extended amount of time but there is a splash pad a block away but it is closed if there is an event in the square. Lots of food places with in walking distance and so is the water gardens and convention center (10 minute walk).

Nice hotel with a really good breakfast buffet, snacks and drinks, all completely complimentary. Only complaint is that google showed this property had an indoor pool but were disappointed to find out that it’s been closed since February. Google is not updated and still shows they have one but Expedia does not. Other than that everything was great and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful with early check in and late checkout. They made our stay much more comfortable. Front desk staff was truly phenomenal, they even offered to hold our suitcases while we went out after checkout. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

The faucet in for the bath tub leaked water all over the floor. Several of the fixtures were loose. The curtains were broken and did not close all the way. The ac unit was loud and squeaked and vibrated the wall. The lobby smelled terrible.
