The Hotel itself was perfect for us however the breakfast buffet was kinda sorry. The eggs where powered, the half cube sized potatoes where hard, the bacon was over cooked. Besides the breakfast the unexpected parking fee we really enjoyed our stay.

My first room had a dirty floor and a lot of long hair in the bathroom. I called the front desk and was quickly assigned a new room. The staff was apologetic and said she added points to my Honors card for the inconvenience. The new room no was great. Breakfast was awesome and servers were ready to help.

We stayed during what I would consider an extremely busy time. We were unaware that there was a convention going on.
It was very crowded and it seemed they were understaffed.

Nice hotel. Hotel was very responsive to messages sent in the app. Great sound-proofing; we didn't hear people on either side of us nor the floor above us, although the hotel was full. Comfortable beds, loved the amenities. Very good breakfast options. The pullout couch bed was pretty gross, but other than that, no complaints!

The first room I was in was a double and it wasn’t cleaned well. One of the beds was not changed and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed. The bed was the giveaway one bed was tucked and neat the other was wrinkled and not tucked and pillows were not fresh !!!
