My kids and I loved our stay at this hotel. Hotels don't usually feel like a home away from home but we were beyond comfortable. Great size. Our favorite part was breakfast and the pool. I myself enjoyed the cocktail hour. Embassy Suites is one of our favorite places to stay now we've added another location to that.

Guest Services was very slow. Maybe they were understaffed. I had to wait in line to get a problem with my key corrected for at least 15 minutes before anyone came to the desk.
There were kids yelling loudly at all hours of the night in the lobby and in the halls. There seemed to be no one addressing it.
Breakfast was okay. Not as good as it used to be.

The Hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly!
I stayed there for three nights (4/4-4/7/2025), but my room was never cleaned. I had to call Housekeeping to request toilet paper and clean towels. On my checkout day, a young lady asked me about my stay. I shared my experience with her, and she apologized for the inconvenience. She offered me 2,000 Wyndham points.
So, everything was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel.

they gave us a room with somebody who was already checked into that room . it was scary what if someone was actually in there and we just enter . we entered and saw their stuff and then went back down to complain to the lady for giving us a room with someone staying in there already .

The location was okay. The evening manager reception could be better. The hotel need more choices than just chips and salsa and popcorn. Also, they need more people to work the front desk. That is the downside of our stay. Overall, it was okay.

I don’t recommend to family with kids. The staffs are very cold and rude don’t care about you. Suites are $300 a night but I think it should be half of 300$

There were so many issues I have no clue where to start. The refrigerator in our room did not close, I requested it be fixed once I realized it wouldn’t close. Guest Services said the maintenance would be up and he did not show up until the next day after my husband went to complain. The food I ordered my daughters the day before was already no good because it could not be refrigerated. The shower water would not drain while showering it seemed like maybe hair was clogged in the drain or something else. We requested another blanket and never received the blanket. The service at this hotel was not what we expected.
