Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany

Well maintained for an older property. The shower was awesome.

Good: Friendly and accommodating staff. I left my toothbrush and toothpaste. I grabbed an emergency kit from the store at the lobby and went to the counter to pay. The person provided me free toiletries from their supply room instead. Also, it was a few minutes past 9:00 am and the person cleaning allowed me to get a few more yogurts from the fridge before it got locked. The Waffle Maker and the Omelet Station were awesome! The omelet station lady was extremely friendly and courteous. Bad: Their scrambled egg station was not replenished regularly. I waited about 15 - 20 min to get a portion. In the meantime, I thought I could eat fruit salad there were no bowls to get some. I notified the cleaning person, but both the eggs and bowls were not replenished until it was almost 9:00 which its the time the buffet closes. An overall suggestion, the cleaning staff could pay attention to what its running short or has run out and notify the kitchen to prepare more. Business travelers do not have much time to wait around.

Outdated but nice and clean, will definitely stay there again.. Recommended.

Stayed for 4 days, the frequent followup of embassy suites was a really good feature where i dont have to call reception , just message and things are done. Thats such a simple way. Although there were some hiccups during our stay but they made sure everything was good.

First room was very dirty hair all over the bathroom they moved us to a different room and wasn’t much better AC was not cooling below 71 degrees and the fan was loud and woke us up all night. They took off the parking for the hairy room.

Why is Hilton charging for parking on a property that isn't close to anything else? I find it nonsensical. However, i appreciate the complimentary beverage

I'll start by saying that I normally don't give bad ratings as long as the basic commodities are given at a hotel. Don't be fooled by the outside of the hotel, as soon as my family and I got to the hotel there were issues. The person at the front desk was rude when I asked about the pool hours, stated that all staying at the hotel have to make reservations to use the pool! I've never seen that before but ok. Later we get to the room and felt the room was warm even though the AC was set to 65 degrees, but figured maybe it would get cold soon. An hour later I called the front desk to inform them of the issue, they sent a maintenance guy and he stated that he would come back to let us know the issue. Another hour later I called the desk again and they started that half the hotel was without AC and all they did was to advise me to turn off the unit and open the windows!! Seriously? It was 85 degrees outside with 70% humidity. We had no other choice but to open the windows and try to sleep in those conditions. Also they claim that some of their rooms are suites...not at all, it's a regular room with double beds a pull out couch, a microwave and a small refrigerator, definitely should not be advertised as a "Suite". Save your money and book a better hotel. We will never ever stay at this hotel again. Oh lastly the room we stayed was dirty and it smelled like sweat and mildew. Horrible experience for sure!

i didn't like that we had to pay extra for parking I consider that to be a bit cheap for a quality hotel

I traveled with my two 3-year-old children. The hotel is comfortable, the suite is spacious, the only drawback was that they didn't pick up the previous guest's trash in the bathrooms.

Did like the rudeness in a staff member, I was not treated well aside from dirty linen on bed. When I spoke with someone, I was told the person in charge of that dept was not working that day. They were off

The room was too hot, A/C wasn't working right but was able to get our room switched. Otherwise really nice... crazy that you have to pay to park when spending so much already on a room for a night... should be included in the price.

The hotel is brilliantly decorated with greenery all around ground floor. Rooms are dated, shower/tub faucet does not function well. Thermostat is set at 70°and it can’t be adjusted. Hotel was very crowded with families and young children running around the hallways late at night and very early in the morning disrupting sleep

Older decent hotel with a weird must paid parking lot and poor restaurant.

Second time here. Love the hotel. It’s beautiful, comfortable clean. Easy walking distance to restaurants
