Had a great stay at Embassy Suites. They let us check in 6-7 hours early, the room was huge/clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location is great. Close to the water, seaport village, and the trolley. Would stay here again!

I love the location and especially the staff. I usually feel uncomfortable staying in hotels but this one is the exception. Our flight arrived 6 hours earlier than we expected and I called the hotel, Vanessa was incredible and told us we could already check in and she would text me as soon as a room was available. The maids were so so sweet and kind, the ladies in charge of the drinks at happy hour told us all the best beaches to go to that were clean and safe. I love that we could have breakfast and coffee every morning. My daughter loved the pool and I loved that there were comfy chairs and tables for me to sit at while she swam. The onsite restaurant has an amazing staff and delicious food. The valet service was so nice because we didn’t have to find parking and could just walk directly into the hotel, the valets were so sweet and helped us with our heavy suitcases. Overall just a great place to stay and we will be back

This property is in the right location for downtown however, the parking should be cheaper; and easier to find. It is also dated, it need’s upgrades. The tv is dated the remote control is dated. Couldn’t find channels to watch. Breakfast was not good, our sausage was undercooked. They need to clean better the vents has so much dust on it, it looks like a bird’s nest. Other than that, it was cool.

They checked us in early,.greatly appreciated the help. The pizza spot connected to the hotel is very convenient. Overall, best breakfast I've ever had at any hotel. I would highly recommend this place.

Expect to pay for valet service. There is no self parking and it’s $65 per night. The wait to get your car is ridiculous. It’s a chaos! The pool is not so big. The rooms are nice, the free breakfast is great. The staff was friendly.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. A short walk to the Seaport Village. Close to Maritime and Embarcadero. The only downside is the parking. No self parking, valet only and it costs $60/night with in and out privileges. Theres a $25 destination that is consumable. The water pressure on the shower is a bit weak. Breakfast included. They have free cocktails from 5-7pm. Donna is amazing and the rest of the staff!

This hotel moved our reservation from downtown (where needed to be) to Del Mar on the day of, a couple hours before check-in. This was supposed to be a "staycation" where the whole point was staying at a hotel and going to a Padres Game that was walking distance along the trolley. This completely ruined our night and made our reservation pointless. We obviously didn't stay in Del Mar either as we live not far from there and might as well just drive back from the game then. Extremely unreliable property.

The location cannot be beat. Very close to Gaslamp, very walkable. Right on the waterfront. Easy to get to all the major attractions. One of the best Embassy suites we’ve stayed in too. Very clean, managers special every evening, complimentary breakfast with the omelette station. Rooms were clean and updated and very spacious. All of the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.
