The breakfast buffet was great. A good selection. The sofa in the room was filthy. The pull out mattress was awful and I don’t think the blanket had been washed in months. So the best part was the buffet and location.

This Embassy is always so great. Beds are comfy, rooms are large and clean, and breakfast buffet is top notch. The convention center is an easy walk to and from the hotel. We love getting to stay here every year for our tattoo convention and we will continue to book our stay here!

Reserved a PURE WELLNESS suite because my wife has extreme sensitivity to mold. Got to the hotel (used the digital check-in feature) and walked in to a room with VISIBLE mold in it, an air purifier that wasn't even turned on, and the obvious musky smell of mold growth. We did NOT stay in the hotel and will be going through Expedia for a full refund.

After specifically asking not to be right next to the elevator, we were put in the room closest to the elevator. We called room service twice to get replacements for feather pillows (allergic) and got a voicemail with promise of a callback that never happened. So we were short 3 pillows. Breakfast buffet was poorly marked vs the made to order. The line for made to order was very long because the buffet food was mostly cold (eggs, sausage). Kids were running thru the elevator lobby and screaming late into the night.
