Air conditioner went out on a hot day, they could not fix it but did comp the room!

I enjoyed my stay very much, staff was great and helpful, the room was spacious and very clean and fully equipped,

Attentive polite staff. Breakfast cook was amazingly quick & efficient. Requests were handled expeditiously.

3 star property. A little run down and could use some upgrades. They were able to get us some breakfast to go since we had to leave earlier than the time for breakfast.

The hotel was decent overall. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit dated. Staff was polite. The real standout was the free breakfast buffet, lots of variety, fresh options, and everything was well-stocked. It definitely exceeded expectations and was a great way to start the day. I’d consider staying here again mainly because of the breakfast.

It was close to where we were going. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff were very friendly and nice. The pull out mattress had a lot of stains on it. The room was shabby. As were the hallways. Somebody was also smoking pot on the property

Everything was great except I had to get use to the noise from the AC unit even when it was off.

It's a no frills good hotel. Close to some stuff. I walked to old town but it isn't that easy to get there w the major highway crossings. Still good place I give it full stars for the price value

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the property. It was peaceful and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was by far one of the best we've had.

It seemed as if it was under construction! Not enough front desk employees. I waited 20 mins for check in had to leave and come back

The staff at this location was friendly and extremely helpful. The self parking was convenient. The free made to order breakfast was very good. Lobby to this location is very nice and inviting. We were looking forward to swimming in the pool as we were there for a soccer tournament, unfortunately the pool was out of service and as we were informed has been out of service for quite some time now. This was disappointing as I would expect Hilton to take care of their properties in a timely manner. Doors and locks to the rooms are not working properly (dangerous and fire hazard) we had to get assistance from staff to figure out how to open our door, you have to work the handle a certain way to get it to open. The TV’s in our suite were also not working. Fortunately, we were accommodated and moved to a different room. Most cabinetry is in poor conditioning, the screen to the sliding door is missing hardware and torn. The building lacks maintenance and is in desperate need of upgrades.
