Embassy Suites by Hilton Valencia

My family and I have stayed here almost everytime we come to Six Flags. We tried out another hotel once but we came back to Embassy Suites after that visit and won’t stay anywhere else now. The property is always clean and well kept, the staff is amazing, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is the best! We love Embassy Suites!

The breakfast was amazing and so was all the staff.

The first room they gave us was unacceptable. There was a constant loud and irritating noise that wouldn’t stop. The front desk said that we would have to wait 40 minutes for maintenance. They refused to move us because they were “sold out”. After speaking again with the front desk, he finally offered to move us and waive the parking fee. The hotel was loud with families running around and playing loudly in the pool. The elevator nearest our room was out of service. The rooms were spacious, but could use new furniture and refrigerators. There were no blankets for the sofa bed. Breakfast was good. Your typical Embassy Suites omelette station and buffet. The location of the hotel was good too. Would stay elsewhere.

Check in was quick. We were given our room key and 4 complimentary drink tickets. Went to our room, dropped off our bags and came back to the evening reception. Bartender said we could not use our drink vouchers because happy hour ended at 6:30. It was 6:32. To me that’s poor customer service. Breakfast started at 7:00 am on Sunday but we couldn’t order our omelet until 7:03. Sounds petty but if you are that much of a stickler on time it has to go both ways. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. Caper either needs cleaned or updated. We have always tried to stay at Embassy Suites because they are usually clean and the breakfast is as good as any. Disappointed in our stay this time.

We had an amazing stay. The kids where happy, it was spacious enough for us. The room was clean.My children loved the complimentary breakfast. The pool was nice and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. If we're out that way again we will definitely stay there.

The food is great both breakfast and dinner. Property not new but clean. Extra staff would help during happy hour and dinner time.

This is probably one of my husband's favorite places to stay when we are in this area. Over the years, I have noticed changes in the decor, furniture is getting older in the rooms. The one noticeable change was in the continental breakfast. They still have the omlette bar but they have removed all extra meat like sausage & bacon. Only apples, no more bananas. The happy hour still had some good things. That was still nice.

Had a great stay with my wife and two teenage boys. Service at front desk, bar, and during breakfast was friendly and accommodating. 2 free drinks during happy hour didn’t hurt either! Will come back every time we visit Magic Mountain.

Didn't like - not informed at check-in that parking was $16.80 per day (outside parking not even a garage - why charge, but why not informed). No hand towels or wash clothes. No room service " said we only have one person working at the restaurant" - their problem not mine - then expected a tip after I had to go get food pkg in paper plates. No room service even after asking for it. Poor food (guess you get what you pay for - came with room).

Wonderful place to stay. Lovely staff and heated pool! Comfortable and very clean.

We liked that it was close to our family. We loved the free breakfast. The staff, especially the bartender, was nice. The walls are very thin so we could hear everything, if you know what I mean. The first night was very noisy. I wasn’t happy that I had to pay $15 a night for parking. I didn’t realize they charge for parking, it would have had me reconsider other alternatives before booking.

Wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Valencia - it was so convenient to the freeway and to shops and restaurants. Very clean, comfy bed and lovely pool area. Also really enjoyed the evening reception and drinks! Would definitely stay here again!
