Used hotel for a concert - check in is 3 - arrived at 2 - wanted to pay and leave as we wanted to spend time at the concert area told to come back at 3 to checkin along with 100 other people - waited in line for an hour then told room not ready - sat in lobby - checked in at 5 after a nice manager helped - room was old wreaked restaurant closed at 7
If all we were going to do was wait - we could have checked in at 2

I did not like the long line to check in. I've never been to a hotel that held on to the rooms for a 3pm check in so that there were over 50 people inline waiting to check in. I wasn't the only person stating that it was crazy.
On the positive note the room was good and bed was very comfortable.

Very dated property . Needs improvement .Young staff was not well trained. We stayed on the evening of a concert at Gillette Stadium and they wouldn’t even let you check in one minute early before 3 pm . A long check in line formed with over 100 people waiting to be checked in. Wait time was over an hour.. we were late getting to stadium and got stuck in huge traffic jam . Try staying at a smaller more consumer friendly facility.

They were late getting us into our room, check in time was 3pm and we didn't get our room until 550pm. We had to change and get ready for our event in a bathroom at the restaurant and I had to get a staff member to let me into a dingy back hallway to use my breathing nebulizer machine due to chronic medical issues. Cosmetically the building needs a lot of work. one of the sheets in the room had a gross brown stain on it and they didnt even stock the room with toilet paper!

Everything was sparse. Shampoo, conditioner, pillows, blanket. Although we had a balcony, windows on slider were so destroyed you couldn’t see out.

The hotel is geared for a convention, I went off-season so only 20% of the rooms were full, first floor was musty and most the room smell like marijuana, they put me on the second floor weigh in the back because I am deadly allergic to smoke.
Seems like a hang out during off-season for locals too party in the rooms and smoke marijuana.
I went during the weekday, the restaurant and bar was closed.
They do have a very large heated pool, which I’m sure children enjoy, And perhaps in the evening? They should have an adult swim.
I did not get to utilize the pool.

The quiet hours was not followed 3 teams were at the hotel this weekend and kids kept running around after 10pm and just being plain obnoxious making moaning sound in the main entrance of the hotel, also parents need to supervise their kids in the breakfast buffet as I was grabbing a yogurt a kid was wiping the whipcream off the black serve spoon with his finger not once but twice and put it back, that Mad disgusting. Need more options for drinks in the morning at breakfast too. Also security needs to be revisited as when u arrived back near midnight on Saturday night after the SuperCross race there was a drunk guy wandering in and out of the building without a card and then i witnessed him fall down the stairs smash through the double doors on the left side of the building facing entrance and knocking himself out on the cement then got up and walked away but starred me down.
