I had an amazing time, but one of the tiles in the shower was broken. Otherwise it was an amazing room with industrial look and feel. Tried to inform management about the tile issue, but no one was there so left the keys in the drop box. The check-in lady was nice.

There were a few concerns that I had upon arriving, but after speaking with the front desk the manager (Sandra) got in contact with me right away. Her and the staff accommodated every concern that I had. I would recommend this hotel, because it’s friendly and convenient for families.

Really a quaint hotel - different from others we’ve stayed. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only thing was that the walls were kind of dirty (looked like a pop maybe blew up and sprayed the wall and the bathroom walls were dirty - in it gross, but noticeable).

Room was so damp/humid that the carpet still felt moist with the air conditioner and the bathroom fan running. There was mold in the bathroom. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, debris noted in corners and on the plush chair. No garbage can in the bathroom was weird. The one nice feature was good water pressure.

My husband and I checked in after hours due to us just getting in town. When we were escorted to our room, the room was very hot. We turned on the AC only to realize that the AC was not working, the room was extremely hot and had a smell of dogs. I went down and spoke with the lady at the front desk and she told me that the AC Was not working, but she’ll send maintenance up in the morning. She said she could not send us to another room because she was sold out. Because it was so late my husband and I went back to the room to try to make the best of the night however, the room reeked of dog urine. When you laid on the bed, you could smell it on the carpet. Once I get up in the morning, I realize how unclean the room was. Staff apologized to me and said the previous person must have allowed their dog to pee in the room. I was told that the person will come in at 9am to fix the AC and housekeeping will come to take care of the smell. At 11 am when NO ONE CAME. I was over it! I asked for my money back because we had prepaid. I was told that if I left I could not get refunded. I asked for the manager and was told that she wasn’t coming in until 12 maybe 1pm but but she will come up to the room no later than 3pm. I was very hot and upset at this point. I demanded my money back. And had to book another hotel two hours before the wedding that I was attending started. Horrible experience!

I never leave negative reviews but this might be one of the worst places I’ve stayed. It looks great in the pictures online but it is so dirty. The ceiling above the shower is suspended tiles. They were moldy and looked like they were going to fall in. The toilet didn’t want to flush and overflowed from just a small amount of toilet paper. It’s way more run down than the pictures make it look. The front desk person was nice though. But I won’t stay here again.

The staff that we met were kind. It was not their fault. The hotel had noises coming from every end. Not what you'd expect. There was a constant beeping at the front desk. The breakfast was closed. The elevator was terrifying and smelt like old milk. All of the carpet smelt like old milk. Our room was incredibly gross. The corners of the bathroom looked like they were never cleaned ever. We got multiple calls to our room and just had the person on the other line hang up or hang up and call again. The front desk called us before 8am and said that our room was never paid for which is unexpected but also not their fault. Again, the front staff members were kind and doing their best. The hotel itself its just pretty gross.

Hotel room was FILTHY. Wrappers under the bed with an inch of dust, cop rings from drinks all over the night stand, bathtub plug was broken and wouldn’t hold water, pillows were flat, and bed was hard.

Staff at the counter were nice and helpful. Unfortunately, that is where it pretty much stopped. After check-in we started to question our choice of hotels. The hotel smelled damp and musty throughout, they had numerous fans in our hall on the third floor assuming trying to dry it out. Once checked into our room, I mistakenly was walking barefoot and stepped on an exposed tack strip that was not doing its job holding the carpet down in place. We laid a towel over this for the remainder of the stay to prevent our daughter from stepping on it as well. There was strange tape all over the ceiling as well as dried boogers on the wall around the sink. The bathroom was very tight quarters; only slightly bigger than a bathroom you would find in a camper. I'm 6'2" and had to bend down to wash my hair so that I didn't hit the ceiling. I'm usually not that picky on places to stay but this one is definitely one of the bottom ones for me and I'm sure to flag as a no go for future trips, which is a bummer due to location to family.

To the side of the property it looked like a homeless camp. Bikes, trash, a grill. Walked in and the place smelled of weed and dirty diapers. I had a hard time sleeping with the kind of clientele this place had. Pictures looked like a cute boutique hotel, it is not.
