There were some sketchy people hanging around the side of the hotel and the hotel itself is in a weird to find spot it's behind a best buy but the road isn't clearly marked

Hard to find the front door when having to drive behind Best Buys to access the property. Hallway smelled a little funky. New front counter employee, but tried to give good service. Room was excellent, but programmed wake-up call failed.

Dania deserves a raise she is the most helpful staff member in the franchise, give her a raise she deserves it. She is experienced and gave us everything we asked for. Very good service overall, I would definitely come back.

We had a lot of trouble finding this hotel, seems well hidden behind a Walmart. When we arrived there was no attendant at the front desk to greet us. She eventually came out from the back office. Not overly friendly or welcoming. The room was on the main floor, we had trouble falling asleep with the noise from above us and around us. Noise travels very easily, likely due to the hard floor and no carpet. It was clean, but bed was not comfortable and pillows were high. We wouldn’t stay again, usually if a place is clean and comfy we would go back, but it did not feel comfy, welcoming, or easy to get a good nights sleep.
