It needs have a least two people on duty one working the front desk while the other cleaning or on break so when people get there they can get check in faster and that's the only bad thing at the place other than that it was a good stay

I had an amazing 5 week stay here and had planned to stay even longer due to the great staff and people who stay here. Unfortunately, the general Manager Amy Walker is very unaccommodating. When i requested 15 mintues extra to be able to get my funds secured for a sixth week here, she called the police and had me escorted from the premises and tresspased. I called her the c
word. Checkout was at 11 am. I was off the property by 1130am.

Not their fault, but the WiFi was having issues. Someone was scheduled to come out. It didn’t work under my room number.

This stay was rough from the start. There were no towels or toiletries provided in the room, and it was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned, there were cockroaches and dirty countertops. Despite being labeled a non-smoking room, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. The constant noise from people walking the halls and talking loudly on speakerphone made it hard to relax. If possible, save yourself the hassle and choose a different place to stay.

I did not stay at this location because you are forced to pay $100 incidental fee and I prepaid for the room. There was no such charge in the Daphne location which is disturbing because its the same hotel brand.

Do not stay at this hotel. I did not have hot water for 4 days. The room had roaches and a damn dog was crying all day everyday of my stay. The worse hotel ever!!!
