The front desk lead was very helpful in providing menus for delivery service..I ordered a deep dish pizza from Rosati's! Delicious! The front desk lead was friendly and professional, she also remembered my name the next day at check out.

Fridge and furnace unit very loud. Could have used one more blanket. Something resembling a night light for those of us who have trouble seeing in the dark.

The hotel felt tired. Late night check in took longer than it should have, since they close down the desk. Had it not been for another guest letting us in, we would have been left standing in the vestibule for 10+ minutes. Cigarette smoke smell in hallway..

The worst hotel experience ever. I reserved a king bed room and was given a room with 2 full/queen beds, the floor was sticky, there was some unidentified white goo splattered on the chair, light switches and cabinets in the kitchen were dirty and sticky, food splattered on the ceiling, people outside loitering in the parking lot at weird hours of the night. I was traveling solo and didn’t feel safe OR clean at this place and after the first night I ended up staying somewhere else even though it was non refundable. 100% would not recommend. PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE ARE MISLEADING

It was just okay. Clean and comfortable enough, but high prices for 0 amenities, not even soap or shampoo. Threatened to charge per item if I asked for extra towels or anything else during my stay of less than 14 days, when the letter I received from Extended Stay, NOT Hotels.com, clearly stated these items could be requested for free.

We expected a full kitchen and chose the place because of it, but were very disappointed to find that it was empty of any utensils, dishes, mugs, or pots. We even had to buy a coffemaker. Won't stay there again.

Stained carpeting, chipped hard surfaces, marijuana odor in hallway, loud radiator noise throughout the night. Hotel website promised coffee and dishware, informed on arrival that they had discontinued such things.
We pre-paid for two nights non-refundable, but left after one night -- it was that bad.
Strongly advise everyone to avoid at all costs. (I have never left a review like this before.) The management just does not care.
