Easy access to where I needed to go

The hotel wasn't bad at all - good area, clean, no carpets in the room. But what I was very surprised about is the complete lack of necessities in the room - no small shampoo or body wash, not a single plastic cup, no coffee machine. The note in the room was saying that you can request a "kitchen kit," but I didn't need a kit, I just needed a cup to drink some water, and there was none. They also should not advertise as "providing breakfast" as the breakfast was pretty much non-existent; they didn't even have a regular creamer for coffee.

It was a room with a bed. Quite sparse. Tub was chipped, looked dirty bc of it. Also super slippery. They don't "serve breakfast" like they say. They have prepackaged muffins/bars/oatmeal. Not even real milk/cream/half and half for coffee. A real disappointment. Staff was nice though!

Breakfast is almost non-existent but everything else was great.

Overall, service and accommodations were great. Updates to rooms were okay. For the price, as expected. Would I stay there again? Yes.

The highlight of my stay at this Extended Stay America Suites Columbus Polaris is the entire staff’s professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness, and actions that demonstrate “caring” for others. This attribute for this hotel is outstanding. To name a few staff members: Amy (front desk), Joseph (maintenance), Brandi (days front desk). I don’t have all the names, but overall the actions by the staff caused me to stay longer. Thank you!

Super friendly and helpful staff (especially Amy at the front desk).

No breakfast. Wrong room given and was occupied. Toilet seat loose. Spot on carpet. Tv in poor location for watching.

I love the staff they’re so fukn amazing. They always go above and beyond great people can’t wait to stay again. This place is awesome.

A bit dated and worn down in the room. There was mildew/mold on the shower ceiling. We didn’t need to use the kitchen but I wouldn’t have anyway. Only had granola bars, oatmeal, coffee and tea for breakfast options. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The facility was more than adequate for my stay. It was quiet, clean, and the customer service was fine.

The breakfast is just cold breakfast like grab and go. There’s no silverware no pots no pans no garbage cans so we got takeout and there is no silverware to eat it with. We had a full kitchen but nothing so we could use it. There is some nasty stuff in our bathroom when we got there. I could’ve paid $300 less and stayed at the same type of hotel. I get irritated that Expedia does not update their information or make sure that the hotels are what they advertise.

Rooms needs means of ventilation , furniture needs to replace with new ones , carpet old and smelly. I have a sick husband and his hard to move him from one hotel to another

I liked how every room had a small kitchen and dishwasher inside and the hotel provides any necessary dishware you need

It was good.

The front desk employee was very kind. Unfortunately, when i parked (on the backside of the hotel, since there was no available spots before that) it was dimly lit, there was a handful of men standing around a broken down car that then began cat valling and making kissing noises at me. Walking to the room the hotel was run down and creaky. There were people yelling down the hall at eachother and playing music loudly in the laundry area. We got to the room and the curtaons were sained and the room smelled musky. We used the shower and when i put the towel down on the floor to keep the floor dry, I picked it up after our showers and the side that was on the floor was brown and dirty. Someone started jiggling our door handle a short bit later (around 9:30pm). We checked out and made other artangements after that as i did not feel safe.

Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that kitchens had no utensils, dishware, or cooking pans. They had to be requested and took hours to be available because the front desk was understaffed.. I'm not blaming the person at the front desk (she was kind and helpful), I'm blaming policy and lack of staff. Also, the advertised pool no longer exists.
