Quite and clean

Very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty, with visible spider webs in corners and a strong unpleasant odor. The paint was chipped, furniture was damaged, and overall the place felt neglected. I expected basic cleanliness and maintenance, but this fell far below that. Would not stay here again.

It’s an unbeatable value if all you need is a bed to sleep in for a short stay, but it’s a no frills facility to be sure. Coffee in the AM, but really nothing I would call a “breakfast”which only includes a pre packaged muffin and a protein bar.

This hotel was smelly! Smelled of spoiled garbage in the hallways and rooms. Although smoking is not permitted, the 3rd floor smelled of cigarette and weed smoke. Room was dirty and set up was weird. Room temperature was jot maintained, freeze one minute and sweat the next. Front desk was not accommodating. I came in using a crutch and they assigned a room far from the elevator that was also not cleaned well. I asked the front desk if i can have extra pillows as we had booked a kimg room with pull out sofa. He assured me that everything i needed was in the room that was needed to make up the sofa, there was nothing there. Instead of delivering thr extra, he made us come down and get it. Keep in mind, i am injured using a crutch accompanied by my parents who are both 75+.Has lots of potential but it needs a serious deep cleaning and customer service training

Property was adequate. A bit dated, but good for the price.

Room was large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Whole place needs refurbishing.

I wish I could say better things about my stay at this hotel but I cant. I was there for a week, 1st night a cocroach ran out from under the phone and ran across the night stand and then disappeared. The hotel is in the path of a nearby airport so I heard jets overhead all the time. Parts of the kitchenette were dirty from I dont know how many food splashes of prior guests. Too many other problems to list but I dont recommend staying at this property but it served my purpose for being there.

I think that every place can do better, the furniture was very very bad, cabinets not clean, floor sticky. No ironing board or iron available.

A little dated.

We had called to specific hotel to request a room with no carpet due to my husband is in an electric wheelchair and it cannot move well. Our room had carpet. THe staff were very helpful, they tried to find another room but it smelled of ciigarett smoke. They gave a discount .

I stayed here recently and was very disappointed. The room wasn’t clean, the amenities were outdated, and the overall environment felt uncomfortable. It did not match the pictures or expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made. Definitely not worth the price

Check went well, the was clean and the TV worked well and there was plenty of channels. (Pro) The property smelled like garbage in the elevator, my floor had very bad cooking odors, my was missing wash cloth, and on my second day id bought food to cook and there was no cooking equipments but the front desk managed to put some thing together, along with a long stay resident.

The room was dirty I cleaned it and as a guest I shouldn't have had too. The remote was broken missing volume key had to stick something in there just to turn up volume, people slamming doors late into the night. The trash room was full and smelled terrible sheets had stains on them the towel had hair in them the tub squeaked so bad I thought I was going fall below. 2 employees were at the front desk speaking to one another using ther f word in the conversation not professional at all one of them I believed was name Manuel. I would never stay at this hotel again one experience is enough and it wasn't a good experience. I am from out of town the locals told me as well that I was staying at a bad hotel this I now know!

I had to clean the room it was dirty, I would never ever stay at this hotel again. Employees at the front desk using improper language ( the f word) very unprofessional. They have a trash room that is piled up with trash that also smells terrible, you can barely get the door open to put your trash in there. Very unsanitary. The floor by the elevator and the elevator floors appears to have never been sweeped or mopped very dirty with trash on the floor stains were something spilled. A soda can sat in the corner the whole week I was there. The remote had the volume button missing had to find something to stick in the hole just to turn the volume up on the tv.

The hallways smelled horrible. Almost like a litter box. The room had the same smell but not to the same extent. It is a shame they charge so much. They stated breakfast but they had no breakfast and the coffe are was so dirty we just left. I only stayed one night. I would never stay there for longer. There was low water pressure. The lady in the evening was good but the morning lady was not as nice. Maybe because i asked where the non existent breakfast was. I will not return here ever. Seems like they have had this problem for years and never corrected it.

This place was pretty gross. Our 1st room was dirty and not made up, towels on the floor and beds not made. We got a 2nd room which was slightly better. Let’s put it this way we slept in our cloths on top of bed covers. Would not stay again
