The housekeeping staff was rude. On the day of checkou they took the liberty to open the door on the guest 30 minutes before the checkout time. The staff rudely asked the guest if they were going to leave.

I checked in and they put me in rm 305. Bathroom was dirty, sink would not drain, hair in the tub and on the sheets.
I asked to be moved to a different room.
I got moved to room 139. The door would not latch properly. There were blood stains on the carpet and splattered on the bathroom door. I had to barricade my door from the inside to feel safe. I definitely will never stay here again!
