It was very clean

The roads were getting icy so we decided to stop for the night. Casey at the front desk was awesome. It was a nice clean room. We walked to the Buffalo Wild Wings next door. Great all around experience.

Great place to stay.

Lots of animals were at the property. I have some allergies and experienced symptoms - if the property hosts lots of animals it will be virtually impossible to clean the rooms properly between guests. Definitely felt like cats had been in the room.

Very clean, however when I checked in there was a problem with Expedia submitting payment to the hotel and I feel like that conversation should’ve been between the guest services representative and Expedia. Not with me, a customer who paid for the room ahead of time.

Wonderful pool, great breakfast, and all around great stay.

Our room did not have hot water. Room 424. My son showered at night around 10pm and told me there was no hot water. I thought he was exaggerating. I woke at 5:30am and wait 5 mins for the water to get hot and it never did. I informed the night desk manager and he shrugged and said I don’t know anything about the boilers. I informed the morning manager during checkout and they said “I’m sorry.”, but didn’t offer to investigate or do anything to resolve our inconvenience. Nice proximity to the airport, but if you want a shower, don’t stay here. Also…the hot tub didn’t work and there was a bird feather floating on the water. Gross. Just not a well ran property. This is an excellent property. I highly recommend it!

Great stay. Although I do have to mention when we arrived at our hotel room, the door almost didn’t look latched because it appeared that the door had been previously pried open. I was a little sketched out after seeing that and especially when you walked in the room and shut the door behind you, the metal piece that you can open & shut to secure the door was also busted in half. Other than that, the stay was fine.

This place is a little rundown and dirty check in took a little longer than expected but was fine for what it was

Great front staff but several things broken in room, hallway had horrific putrid smell

The bathroom had not been sufficiently cleaned. The wallpaper around the toilet area had obvious water damage. Too much traffic noise.
