Good customer service, desk staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Bathroom counter top was not clean, the rug on the foor had an odor that plagued the room and the pull out bed was very small, not fitting for a small teenager. The price point did not align with the value add..Not sure i would stay there again.

Escogimos este hotel por el precio y el desayuno incluido. Al llegar vimos todo limpio y en orden. El personal fue amistoso, nos indicó las instrucciones y nos recomendó lugares para cenar. La habitación quedaba en el segundo piso estaba limpio y podíamos ver el auto estacionado desde la ventana. El desayuno fue un poco más de lo esperado.

Front desk were friendly and welcoming.

This was our first stay on a longer road-trip. We arrived for check in around 8 pm and were met by a friendly and attentive front desk attendant (August 14, 2025 - sorry didn't get her name!). Easy check-in process. We had to ask for another pillow and set of sheets for the pull-out couch, and the attendant made sure it was in our room for when we got back from picking up some take-out. The attendant even left us some extra towels! The pullout couch was a narrow single bed and was a bit short for our needs, but it worked for our one-night stay. The bathroom was clean and stocked with all necessities. The room was large and easily accommodated 3 adults. The air conditioner worked amazing, which was appreciated after the excruciating heat and humidity that day. The eggs at the breakfast were not good - they seemed overcooked and dried out. However, there were lots of other options, including bread, bagels, muffins, packaged allergy friendly egg options, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, jams/jellies, and peanut butter. Lots of take-away options too, for those who don't have time to sit down and eat. Overall I would recommend this hotel and if I were in the Dover area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Website indicates indoor pool. Yet there has not been a pool sibce covid shutdown. Kindly update website. No early check in available. Staff very courteous! Continental breakfast nicely laid out! Lobby very nicely updated! Property has convenient entry and exit

Great stay

Great Hotel, very clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The front desk person (Tayler) went above and beyond to assist us with our requests.

Property manager has a terrible actitud super rude. She canceled my reservation at 12:30 midnight just because she dont like my questions.

It’s always a great stay. No negative aspects

It was okay. The room was small, I hate the 1st floor but apparently I couldn’t move, and it was right next to the stairs so I heard people walking all night long. I also thought there was a pool because it showed one on the website but no pool. I made the best of it but definitely could have been better and I’m sure they cld have moved my room.

Great staff, very clean and excellent meal.

Easy check in and out. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
