Love this property for the seclusion.

Reviews about this property are very misleading. When I got there, the door was open and there was a hole on it. Pool was dirty, and many things were broken. My showerhead was broken when i asked nicely to fix it. They only put tape on it, which it didn’t fix the problem, it ended up falling anyways.The bathtub was old and dirty. But People out front were very nice though.At the end of the day you get what you pay for.

It was a last minute booking. Everything went well, the only thing was we waited on an email with the hotel and room codes more than we though it would be. I had to call the hotel an informed them about. They were able to look up my info and provide me with that information

This was mot the original hotel I was planning to stay at but I am glad I stayed here. It was so excellent!!! The vibe is so good and I would enjoy staying here again and again

I love this place!!

The accommodations were suitable for a budget hotel but it wasn't quite the idyllic retreat that we were expecting (e.g. as suggested by the image of the hotel pool in the Expedia listing). The overall place is a bit run down. For example: front gate is broken, large dead tree branches on the ground, the billiards table was ratty, the hot tub wasn't hot, the pool had debris in it. The room was decent and clean. Not a bad place, but plenty of room to improve.

Friendly staff, was disappointed the ice machine was not in working condition and no notice to let guess know it was out of order. We stayed in room #2 and the door had a wide opening that anyone could easily see inside the room. Main gate didn’t closed properly.

Property was very convenient staff was friendly! Our only complaint is the gate did not lock as it was supposed to and the issue was not taken care of even though we reported it.

The staff should be careful not to make noise at 5 or 6 am while guests are trying to sleep. Also, my coffee maker was broken. So not a great experience.

Honestly, the hotel is a bit rundown, our bed was very comfortable & clean I will give it that for sure but we found two roaches in the room, the floor was dirty & we didn’t have any room service any of the 5 days / 4 nights we stayed..

It was a very quiet area. The gate to get into the property was broken, and around two to three a.m. received a knock on the door from a random person looking for a John and/or Jason, which there was none of in the room. I’ve stayed here before, and I’ve never had that issue, but assuming with the gate being broken allowed non-guests to enter, which is not okay.

Checking in went okay once we got settled in we tried watching tv and it did not connect to the service. Then the pool was not the cleanest and the jacuzzi was not working at all. My husband went to go ask about the jacuzzi and the only nice thing they did was let us know we could use the pool next door, their sister property. It was soo much better. My husband asked if we could be switched since we were on our honeymoon and they offered with an additional $150 fee. I said we could just walk over. Now the bed definitely needs to be replaced it was caved in on one side. I would recommend to book elsewhere

This place was just what I needed, and it didn't break the bank. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was up against the management office and restroom. Door were slamming all night. Tough sleep to say the least. Place was nice just maybe that room was not the place to be.

I want to start by saying this is a cute property with tons of potential. The staff was kind and responsive—when I reported a clogged bathroom sink, it was addressed promptly, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable. The towels had visible bleach stains, and I had to specifically request a washcloth and hand towel, which should have been standard. Housekeeping is only available upon request, and despite asking for service on Sunday, it never happened. The hot tub and ice machine were both out of order. The sectional by the pool had peeling paint, and the koi pond was so overgrown with algae that the fish were barely visible. In my room, there was a noticeable 4x4 hole in the shower ceiling that clearly needed repair. I chose a queen bed room since I was traveling solo, but the view was disappointing—just a neighboring building that looked directly into the office. Throughout the day and into the evening, I could hear the office door opening and closing, which was disruptive. Lastly, the contactless check-in didn’t work for me, which added unnecessary hassle at the beginning of the stay. While I see the charm and potential of this property, I was left disappointed, especially given the fees paid. With some attention to maintenance and consistency in service, this place could be a real gem.

Good place to stay. Excellent service if needed. Clear instructions provided and staff is very responsive. If you are planning to stay here when on a business visit, know that the WiFI is extremely bad.

a bit dumpy but you can see the effort they're putting in to try to make it cute. what I expected from pictures. very comfy bed. zero noise insulation - pool is 24/7 so if folks are out there partying at 2am (they were) you will hear it. room door has glass with blinds - why?? even with blinds closed it still lets a lot of light into the room. shower head was wild spraying water everywhere and no pressure, super annoying, impossible to get shampoo out. front desk person was nice.
