Check in at midnight was fast but frustrating after a really long drive He had no rooms so said he was bumping us to a suite Or I could call Expedia and go to a new hotel. WTH. So we took the suite No bed sheets for the pullout Finally got to bed at 1:30 am Oh wait Then the boiler broke so we had no hot water to shower the next morning Went to Disney grungy Not happy

The staff was amazing! When they found out we were celebrating a birthday, they upgraded us to a suite. The room was nice and large and the shower was great. The only cons were that the lighting in the room was so dark and the mini fridge didn't have a freezer.

Make a mistake to book without seeing the property. That picture they showed on expedia website, hotel was not like that. Outside swimming pool water was freezing and the hot tub was very small.
When we checked in washroom fan was not working and maintenance guy said he had to advise his supervisor. When we checked out that was same, washroom shower leaking all time we stayed there.The room door was hard to open.

Rooms were dirty, inexperienced staff, odd check in conditions, for example no explanation why you tap your credit card, and no $ amount shown on the machine etc. bar not opened until 530pm, floors were dirty, no hand sanitizer in the foyer, no service on local transport, staff didn't know etc.

We love the location of this hotel, it makes for an easy walk to and from Disneyland each day. However, upon arriving, we noticed the room was not very clean. Felt overall dusty and grimy.We were told at check-in that the room would be cleaned after two days. After spending two nights there, I called the front desk and asked for our room to be serviced while we spent the day at Disneyland. We had a little boy get sick the previous night and we’re in desperate need of clean linens and towels. We returned to the room late that evening to find that our room had not been serviced. My husband called the front desk and requested new sheets and towels. He was brought up two fleece blankets and 12 pillowcases. I went to the front desk to talk to them about it and waited in line for 10 or 15 minutes before giving up. There was only one person working the front desk and many people waiting.
I am saddened by your experience as we have stayed here before and have really enjoyed it. We will not be returning unless they are able to make it right.

Easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Very load from the freeway and fire works. Reception seems to be understaffed with only 1 person working making check in/out and any questions a very long process. Location is decent for Disney, but not close to many shops and restaurants if you do not have a car. I will be looking at different hotels for my next trip to Disneyland.

Location isn't great. Last pick up for the shuttle so if the bus is full, no pick up. Our toliet did not function properly so calls for service needed to be made more than once. The noise from I 5 is deafening. Will mot stay here again.

Stayed here a long time ago when it had a different name. It's still a convenient location for shuttling to the Disney parks and Anaheim / Garden Grove area with a unique view of back end of Disneyland / It's A Small World / Fireworks show from across the freeway in their poolside rooms. If you want to be as close to the parks without being on the main stretch of hotels but still have access to the ART Ball 11 bus line from the lobby (, & the Toy Story 20 line is across the street,) this is the place to stay.

The room was fairly clean, however it is very run down. The ceilings and walls were peeling, the tub didn’t drain properly, the safe in the room didn’t work, the door didn’t shut property, so we had to make sure to remember to tug on it make sure it was closed all the way. On our check out day the elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. I read complaints about the traffic noise, which we didn’t find terrible, it was more white noise for us than anything. The noise of the people above us was way worse than any of the road noise.
Even though it wasn’t a far walk to DL, we did not feel overly safe the first night so bought a 1 day ART bus pass, which wasn’t as reliable as they claimed. We would sit out there for 30-40 mins waiting for it, and we were told it ran every 20-3 mins.

This is a motel style place, it is very dated. Many parts of the building need a clear update. The bathroom was questionable, we had to ask for towels many times. However, the staff was AMAZING. So helpful and quick to respond everytime with a smile on their face.
