The kindness of the staff

I was texted by someone when I arrived in my room to make sure everything was as expected. That was a nice touch. Also, the had complimentary bottles of water in the room. As a frequent traveler, I can tell you drinking water is always a struggle and this made my life easier without feeling like they were trying to nickel and dime me.

My family stayed here to be close to fsu for a camp. No complaints at all. Room was very clean and Tyler was awesome! When i checked out in the morning the nice lady at the front desk 6/9/25 was able to print 2 papers I needed for the day. 10/10 recommended. Will definitely be staying again next time we are in Tallahassee

The first night when we got there the A/C was not working. Informed the front desk and told them and they said they would take care of it, went to dinner and came back and the A/C was working. The second and final night that we stayed after returning to the hotel after a long day at the beach all our kids wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed. I asked the front desk for additional towels and the said they would have some sent up. About 10 minutes later our towels arrived at our room reeking of marijuana. I took the towels back down to the lobby and told them that this is UNACCEPTABLE as this is the last thing that our kids need to smell. The night manager said that the smell must’ve come from a door being propped and I told him that they just got done smoking it and it was on their clothes which transferred to the “clean” towels. We were told to speak to the manager in the morning upon checkout we did and he seemed that he could careless we were just told to drop our room card in the fishbowl and we were good to go. Needless to say that this is probably the once and only time that we stay at the Sheraton four points in Tallahassee.

Just the getaway I needed. I loved my view of the city.

This is re-furbished property from the old "round" hotels. The facility is nice and the staff is well trained and motivated. The proximity is a bit isolated from FSU campus and town, but there is plenty of easy parking with easy come and go access. Rooms and public areas are nice and well kept. We would stay another time if back in this area.
