It was all very nice. Our room had an odor that they couldn't figure out. They are concerned and trying to fix it.

Run down in some areas still in process of being upgraded not worth asking price for nightly stay. Decent breakfast and does have pool though

No cable TV just Roku will not get connect to Internet. I’m using my personal cell phone and my personal Netflix. She said that there is no Internet connection on the TV through the hotel even though it says it’s

We will no longer choose this hotel. Making changes and our normal suite is no longer available and we were told that the pool will be removed in a month or so. There are better options with a pool for us to stay in the future when in town. So sad this place used to be better.

There were signs all over the hotel please excuse our mess we are remodeling. Which was fine but I didn’t expect that in my room. Looked like the bed was new so that’s a plus but there was dried paint on the bathroom and the room just looked old and dated. The worst part was I pulled out the desk chair to put on shoes and it was dirty. Hopefully once all the renovation is complete it will be a better hotel.

Just needs plenty of updates which I understand they are in the proses of doing.

Hotel is okay. We're not a fussy bunch, but the place is slightly dated and although recently painted it could use some updates. Seemed over priced.

I booked this trip through Expedia after looking at the photos. When I arrived they were in the middle of renovations and there was building materials strewn throughout the hallways and in the carpet. In one long suite, the king bed flipped up when two people sat on it and it smelled like mamajuana. One of the closets were removed and the plumbing to the sink wasn’t working. They also had no soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the shower. In the queen room there were holes in the duvet cover. When I brought my displeasure to the front desk clerk she pointed out the signs that said the hotel was under renovation and that she was “just the front desk clerk”. We were one of only two families in the building and had we known it was going to smell like fresh paint and be littered with building materials we would have never stayed there. Continental breakfast eggs annd sausage were cold. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel…period.

Overall a good property and quiet stay. Cleaning of the rooms could be improved and non-use of stained bed linen.

I rented two rooms after my son’s birthday party so our guests from out of town would be comfortable. I checked in pretty late and after a long exhausting day, was greeted by a not so friendly or inviting front desk receptionist. As soon as I mentioned that I lived in the area her attitude turned sour. Anyways, I got into the first room the beds were poorly made, there were cheerios on the floor, and the bathroom was filthy. The second room had the sink stopper pulled out and the entire sink looked like it had mold. I didn’t even want to use the restroom. Like I said it was very late night and we were all exhausted so we went to sleep, I told the front desk about the complaints and she literally just only offered me my deposit back….. very disappointed.

Bathroom wasn’t real clean and bathroom door handle kept getting jammed. No cleaning in room or fresh towels and bath clothes were brought with 2 night stay. When I asked for clean towels at front desk, clerk said they didn’t have any. Ice machine didn’t work. Several things that just wasn’t great.

Room felt dirty. Bathroom was really old with peeling paint on the walls. Room had been repainted and there were paint splatters on fixtures, even ones that weren’t attached to a surface. Disappointed in this one. Mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. We have stayed with this chain before and been satisfied, but this one needs a refresh.

The staff was great. Very accommodating. The facilities left a lot to desire. There was paint missing on doors trim and walls. They replaced the fridge in the room recently and it is too big for the cabinet it was installed in. The drawers in of the dresser would not stay shut. Lastly, the plug abive the kitchenette sink was not installed properly and was not usable.
