Our go to hotel in NYC. Located in FiDi and very close to several subway stations to get you anywhere in Manhattan/Brooklyn. Walkable to many places (Battery Park, Oculs, China Town/Little Italy, Soho). The staff treat you like family and this is a dog friendly hotel. Small boutique hotel (but a Hyatt property) that has a great vibe and decor (not your boring rooms/lobby).

Great stay. Good location and very convenient. We loved the vibe of the hotel and the service. Our only call-out is that there was only one working elevator and took a bit of time to get down to the lobby. Nevertheless, so glad we stayed here.

Hotel is located in a small alley with a valet spots in front of the entrance for easy check-in/out. The reception that check us in, Rob, was wonderful --he even upgraded our room. The room was great; clean and comfortable --it is quite spacious for NYC. Easy access to great food and subways. Worth the stay! Thank you for making our stay wonderful.
