We loved our stay here. We arrived at 8:55 pm on a Thursday and learned that the restaurant, bar, and room service were ending at 9:00 pm. Yikes! The desk clerk offered to keep our bags in the office if we wanted to hurry into the restaurant and order food.
We took her up on that offer and it worked out in a rushed manner. Our friends came later to join us and were not able to order even a drink.
That seemed odd in such a large city.

I like the location and friendly professional staff. Too many issues with plumbing- my bathroom flooded out and delayed my meetings. Toilet backed up in another room. I just can’t go back there.

The rooms did not really meet the appearance from the online images. Our room was super small and we barley had room for our luggage as was the bathroom. There was no sitting area as advertised. There was a mildew smell from the carpets.

Very close to Metro station and very walkable to all the main sights. Accommodation was generally clean and two queen size beds worked for two friends travellung together. Main downside was the poor soundproofing in the room - we could hear all the discussions in the neighbouring rooms. It is an old building so the fitness centre creates a lot of noise that can easily heard, vibrations can be felt from the running machines and the kettle weights. Remember the fitness centre is open 24/7 and you wont be able to sleep through it no matter how deep a sleeper you are!!! For us, we'd paid more for a park view which means you re very very close to rhe fitness centre - & thete are lots of trees between you and the park - so if youre on the lower floors its probably not worth the additional money. Nice to have tne view but that didnt outway the impact of the fitness centre!

Rooms were small, bathroom shower had no water pressure. My husband is a tall man literally had to bend down to reach the shower head. We booked online not anywhere did it mention the 70 a night extra for parking a night so we pulled up front jumped out literally ran inside for them front desk to drop that bomb on us after a 4 hour drive.
