Hampton Inn and Suites Burlington WA

Staff is polite but I think they are understaffed in the front desk. Hotel is fairly clean but old and not modernized recently as it looks. AC in room was old and overly strong which was not comfy.

We stayed 4 nights this past July enjoyed our stay!

Got the worst room assigned-right above the hotel entrance automatic door. The hotel automatic door opened and closed all night long whenever guest enters the hotel and sounded loudly which kept me awake all night long. Terrible experience ever!

Lovely friendly staffs, nice facility, breakfast has waffle station!

The pool was amazing as well as the whirlpool! The area has so many shops and food places that were so accessible!!! Clean and the breakfast was wonderful!!!!

Non smoking room was very Smokey and musty

Our stay was fabulous and even though my partner is ADA the employees were so accommodating. We were able to get in the spa and pool which was really nice. We would stay again!

The staff at check in and check out could do better with people skills. Check in she was counting money at the desk, while I understood not interrupting that, you should still acknowledge someone standing there for several minutes waiting. Check out, I had said "Good morning ", he ignored that and just kept doing paperwork, he had heard me, didn't even look up. Was not helpful with questions about my bill. Had reserved through Expedia but pay arranged at checkout. Had questions about AARP and removing $30 ancillary charge, he couldn't answer. He told me to keep an eye on my bill and my bank I expect whoever is at the desk to be able to answer these types of questions, he was annoyed I asked. Hot tub way overloaded with chlorine, it was like taking a bubble bath in it. Suds were blowing out of the hot tub from the jets there was so much of it. Room was fine, first and last impression with staff was not a good one, we won't be back.
