Good area!

When we arrived, we noted that the hotel interior smelled of asbestos, but we assumed that it was because the building was under repairs. Several days after we vacated we were hit with a hefty fine because the room smelled like “ smoke”.

Clean

Great experience in spite of massive construction project outside on updating the Hampton Inn. All the construction equipment was outside, so there was no parking available.

Good hotel basic the food is not good though

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Staff is great. Loved the breakfast. The gym is too small. The pool was amazing, my daughter and I had so much fun at the pool.

Everything was as expected

Didn't like we were treated by the staff housekeeping front desk all around everyone

I made a reservation thru Expedia for an 'accessable' room with a shower vs a tub. I called hotel to dbl chk and was assured of my request..upon arrival, there was no hot water in my room for more than 2 days/ plus no shower...Staff, including Day Mgr continued to tell me it was fixed, finally on my last nite, I returned to the hotel only to find no hot water. at this time, I was offered another room....previously NO ONE including the day shift mgr had the minimal curtesy to offer me another room. I am a veteran and a senior citizen.. I fully intend to contact Hiltons area mgr and request full reimbursement for this inconvenience...I actually had to go back to home home daily to shower -to shower....in 3 days. I made sure that the day mgr and hotel front desk personnel knew what I was doing. I would also think, that Expedia should get involved and provide some reimbursement. I've stayed in multiple Hilton hotels in a lot of foreign countries and never had these issues.....I started in room 212 and then I had to move myself, into room 2005. Again, a small curtesy - but no offer of assistance....they could clearly see my difficulties with my cane. Appreciate your response, thank you.

Short stay and fit our needs

Property was clean, some upgrading construction apparently going on but it doesn’t disturb the hotel flow. Breakfast was great and they have lots of breakfast items to choose from.

They seem to have some construction going on, but other than that, the hotel is clean, staff is super friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

It was close to whom I had to visit. In at 1am and out by 9am didn't have much time at the Hampton Inn, but what I saw was very satisfying and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel appears to be under construction, but it did not interfere with our stay. Quiet, convenient and clean.

Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Pull out couch bed was also comfortable but didn’t have sheets or blankets. We had to contact staff. Breakfast was good but items weren’t refilled fast enough. They ran out of waffle batter and syrup and no one was refilling.

Only able to get about 4 channels on the TV none of the other channels worked and said unavailavle. Called the front desk on the first day i was there and they said it would be fixed, but seemed like it was in little concern to them. On our second day the cable still did not work. Probably it never works! You shouldn't advertise Premium cable when you dont have it. Second night there there was no parking available. There were several trucks taking up probably a good 10 parking spots, ended up parking at the charging station even though i did not have an electric car! Trucks thst take up 2 parking spaces should be towed or the owner notified to move! Other guests ahould not be inconvenienced by others who do not care about others! Wil not be staying here again. Plenty of other hotelsthat take customer cconcerns seriously!

Had an issue with the housekeeping staff which I addressed to the front desk. They said they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. Left unsatisfied by this poor customer service.

Always a nice breakfast at the Hampton Inn...also, they have the best beds and bedding
