Extremely satisfied and affordable

Area to purchase snacks/drinks was threadbare. Lobby smelled upon walk in. Elevators smelled like cigarette smoke. Handprint smears all over windows.

Rude receptionist who wouldn’t put her phone down while I was checking in.

The front desk ladies were very pleasant, even at 10 pm lol It was quiet and clean. The breakfast staff were also very pleasant and attentive to whatever you neede at breakfast. I would recomend and or stay again

Been here twice, its a nice hotel

Upon arrival requested a room away from the elevator. Fastforward took elevator to the floor and room was next to elevator. In the morning the shower water was luke warm.

Musty rotted moldy smell in the room, bed and pillows, unwelcoming staff from 1st moment I entered till the end of the week I stayed there. I would not recommend them to anyone I know.

The only thing was you they had speakers on the outside of the hotel and they’re played music all night and I could hear it from my room . It wasn’t to bad

Best thing was the customer service!!! Teiquanna at the front d ak is an absolute gem and asset to the business. She was consistently kind, friendly, smiling, laughing and professional. She really was the highlight of our stay!! Other staff were great too!

They were very accommodating and the breakfast was lovely.

Woke up with bug bites all over my body…. Room was not cleaned properly…

The shower in our room did not work. When turned on, it just dribbled water. I called the front desk and the only fix was to move rooms, however, we were checking out in 20 minutes (after the shower!) so that wasn't an option. In addition, our room was right next to the elevator and it was loud throughout the evening and early AM. Lastly, the small refrigerator in our room needs repair as every 5 minutes or so it would "click" on and make a terrible noise as the compressor ran for a few minutes.....this lasted all night. I would have unplugged it but the plug is located behind the big dresser. When I went to check-out and again reported the major issue with the shower not working, I was told that they could not offer a discount, refund, voucher, etc. The front desk clerk told me my only course of action was to posted a review online. Terrible service and treatment by a company that I use frequently when travelling. I would avoid this hotel (unless you don't like to shower/bathe) and stay at one of the competitors in the area. I never write reviews, but I'm compelled now given how poor the service and hotel was. Very disappointed with Hampton Inn....

Friendly , fast check in and check out staff. Very Friendly breakfast staff. Disappointments: common hallways needed vacuuming. Morning shower never got hot.

It was a clean and friendly environment. Which i enjoyed. The staff was attentive, honest and knew there job well. Will use this hotel again if im in this area.

We selected this hotel at the very last minute, en route to a family emergency. We checked in late at night. The front desk clerk was friendly, helpful, and respectful. The room was clean, and decent. It provided what my family, and I needed in the mist of our emergency. The breakfast was a huge plus.

The breakfast was really good and had a good variety. The bed was very comfortable and the cable had pretty good channels for entertainment. I didn’t get to use the pool but it seemed really nice as well. For the price was very reasonable
