It's very nice and clean hotel. Beds are very comfortable, breacfast was good and very good coffee, that actually you can have all day long what is rare. The staff was nice.

Checked in room at 12:30 am after a long day of traveling.
Got to room and there was a huge cockaroach on the wall.
Changed rooms but where there is 1 there us always more.
Had no chouxe but to stay , everything else was sold out.
Very disappointed
Ruined trip because nobody in room got sleep.

Hotel itself was very nice. Problem at check-in when we had no reservation. For some reason, there was lack of communication between the hotel and Hotels.com. I have used Hotels.com for many years; never had an issue. Anyway, the local hotel reserved us a nice king suite, both staff and us called Hotels.com and solved the payment issue. It all turned out OK.

It would seem at least four sets of towels would be best for two people. Most women use one for hair drying. We only had two. 3 sets at a minimum.
Staff was very friendly and the hotel well kept.
