I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff I dealt with were all world-class and went above and beyond. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room was clean, air conditioning was cranking. Parking was easy. Amazing location right across from American Dream. The breakfast buffett was amazing. I can't understand how this is rated a 2.5 star hotel. It is nicer than many 4 star hotels I stay at.

This was my family's first time staying in the area for a concert at Metlife. After our terrific experience, we will stay here every time, not only for the convenience, but also for the friendly staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast after a late night. I do not understand the complaints about the shuttle system to Redd's to catch a bus to the stadium. Redd's runs a family friendly "tailgate" party which is a great way to start an event. Buses run often. We had no wait getting to Redd's and only a five minute wait after the sold out show. The drivers were friendly. Cost is $10 a person. I thought it added even more fun to the experience.
Check in was simple. Instructions regarding the shuttle were well explained and staff was receptive to all questions despite a very busy hotel. Room was large and clean. Water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was extensive and regularly replenished.
Yes, we paid a premium price- but I am ok with that based upon the convenience and services provided for concert/event go'ers- especially those traveling with children.

Front desk was extremely off putting, made us feel like a burden! Room was not ready for hours, and they scoffed at us when we asked for an estimated wait time. On top of that, we asked to be called when a room was open, which they also did not do. The room on the other hand, was extremely clean! Bathroom was sparkling and spacious. While we understand having to wait, the front desk staff (morning shift) was honestly kinda rude, and left a bad taste in our mouths. Wish they were as nice as the property!
