When checking the bed mattress/box spring there was a brown/black blob with a brown stain around it. We asked for another room but they couldn’t move us. She was going to look at a discount but wasn’t able to since we prepaid. I was also told the manager would call me on Monday but I didn’t get a call and it has been a few days now. Very disappointed.

Shower head too high to reach to control water flow.
Carpet dirty. We always stay at Hampton Inns. This was the worst we ever experienced. ☹️
