The staff was not friendly. No communication. Seemed to rather not be bothered. Towels like sand paper. Breakfast food pretty lousy. Didn't keep room stocked. Had to seek toilet paper and kleenex. Won't stay again

The breakfast was all processed food, poor water pressure, no in room refrigerator, shower door kept "sticking" on bent bottom aluminum runner. Staff was very nice though.

Inviting from the moment you step in with nicely decorated rooms, fresh baked cookies, very attentive staff, ample breakfast in the morning, gym and heated pool. Bedrooms were large comfortable and clean.
You are in walking distance to all attractions and only a short ride to the national zoo and cathedral. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from with Georgetown only a stones throw away
Checkout was fast and efficient. Recommend this for families and also for a short getaway. Look forward to coming back soon

The hotel was in walking distance off all the museums and places of interest. Logs of restaurants nearby as well. The breakfast was great and rooms were clean.

It totally ruined. My vacation that I got ripped off $100 by Expedia. Booking through Expedia is $100 more for the same room that I booked for a family member directly and the hotel website is criminal. Totally ruined my vacation thanks a lot.
